- Answer phones and update appointment book.
- Adhere to all state regulations regarding sanitation and cleanliness.
- Become knowledgeable of our retail product line.
Receptionist’s Responsibilities Include:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Greet and check in all customers.
- Answer the phone and maintain appointment book.
- Manage all aspects of the customer waiting area.
